PFERD POLIFAN Flap Disc 100mm 40 Grit (Zirconia)

When you need to shift metal fast, a coarse flap disc earns its keep. This 40 grit PFERD POLIFAN disc cuts into weld seams and surface rust on steel and stainless, clearing material while leaving a more even surface than a solid grinding wheel.

The zirconia grain sits on a tough fibreglass backing, so it keeps cutting instead of wearing out after a few passes. It fits a 100mm (4 inch) angle grinder and is rated to 15,300 rpm, so always check the speed printed on your grinder before you fit it.
