Fresh, tangy bunching shallots for the stir-fry and the salad bowl, a staple of Asian cooking. This long white variety grows in clusters and keeps giving.
Plant it in well-prepared, manured ground in full sun, sow shallow, and you can start harvesting in a couple of months. Pick regularly and it'll crop again roughly every three weeks.
