Question - I've just placed an order. When can I expect it to be delivered?

We have a same day dispatch guarantee on all orders placed online or by phone prior to 12:00 pm AEST Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).  Any orders received by us - Monday to Friday after 1:00 pm (or on weekends) will be dispatched the next business day. 
Your order will be delivered within 3 - 5 business days to 98% of Australia, (94% of all orders we dispatch are received by our customers the 2 - 3  business days) while remote locations can expect up to 7 working days for delivery.

Question - I am not confident/comfortable ordering online, can I place my order using a different method?

You are welcome to order by phone. To place your order over the phone please give us a call 08 85 364 333 (7.30 am to 5.00 pm ACST - Monday to Friday). Although we are open to answer your questions 7 days a week. Our weekend staff are unable to process orders over the phone during the weekends.

Question - How secure are my credit card and personal details?

Our website uses 128 bit encryption (the most powerful website encryption system available) to guard your credit card and personal details. We take security very seriously, and guarantee the security of all your details whether you order by website or telephone.

Question - What payment options do I have?

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, Pay Pal, or Amex.  Phone orders can be paid by Visa, Mastercard or Direct Deposit.

If opting to pay via Direct Deposit, no orders will be dispatched until deposit is cleared in the bank account. This may lead to delays in the shipment of your order.

Question - Do you guarantee the quality of your products ?

Yes, if you are not 100% happy with the quality of any of our entire range of products, simply return them to us within seven days of receipt for a friendly refund. We're so confident you'll love our products as much as we think you will, we'll even pay the postage back !

Question - How do I know that you have the items that I want in stock ?

It is our intention to keep items advertised online in stock, ready for shipping, but occasionally we get caught short inadvertently. If there is an excessive delay in shipping an item, you will be notified. At most times, parcels are sent within the next working day, once payment has been confirmed.

Question - I can't get the website to give me a price on shipping

Some of our product lines are allocated as pick up only. We endeavour to have all the product description clearly identified that these items are local pick up only. We are however a very small team who manage the website and as humans we sometimes make mistakes. Please reach out and make contact if there is an item  we may need to review.  

Question - Can I pick the item up from the shop ?

Yes, you are more than welcome to pick up the item/s from our store during normal opening times:
