Description:
Aquilegia, one of the best aquilegias for producing many bright flowers, boasts long, artistic spurs. A cottage garden favourite, it is good for cutting. This perennial grows to a height of 75cm (2.5ft).

Growing Advice:
Location: Prefers a sunny or partially shaded position.
Sow: Thinly, 5mm (1/4 inch) deep in rows.
Seedlings Emerge: 16-20 days.
Spacing: Transplant when 5-7cm (2-3in) tall, spacing 20cm (8in) apart.
Care: Keep well-watered in dry periods. To conserve moisture, mulch regularly.
