This wheat beer brings the classic hefeweizen character home. It is soft on the palate with banana and clove aromas, pours under a creamy white head and finishes refreshingly tart, just as the style should.

It is part of the premium Thomas Coopers range, hopped liquid malt extract with a select wheat-beer yeast under the lid. Mix the tin into hot water, top to 23 litres, add a kilo of Brew Enhancer 1 or a wheat malt and pitch the yeast.
