Edwards Essences Iceberg Rum Spirit Essence 50ml

A classic Australian rum character with that distinctive burnt-molasses taste. Especially good with cola.

One 50ml bottle turns a 700ml bottle of vodka or neutral spirit into about 710ml of Australian dark rum. No sugar, no mucking about. Stir in two capfuls, give it a good shake, and it's ready to pour.

It's made to taste like a Bundaberg Red-style drop, so if that's your usual it'll feel familiar. Start with a clean 38% base for the smoothest result.
