Gets paint to stick to the metals it usually peels straight off, like aluminium, galvanised iron, Zincalume and copper.

It's a fast drying etch primer in a spray can, and it gives your top coat something to bite into on gates, fences, railings, pipes and gutters. Dy-Mark are clear that the prep is what makes it work, so sand new metal back, wire brush any loose rust off and wipe it all down with acetone first. It's only for bare metal, not over old paint. Light mist coats beat one heavy one, it's touch dry in about 10 minutes and you can recoat after 2 hours.
