Mesquite wood chips for a big, bold smoke, the one to reach for on beef, lamb and pork when you want the flavour to stand up to the meat.

They're Weber's own Firespice smoking chips, about 900g in the bag. Chips burn down quicker than chunks, so they suit shorter cooks, and they go in a smoker box on the barbecue. Mesquite is strong, so start with a small handful and add more next time if you want it.
