They're Weber's own smoking chips, around 900g (3 litres) in the bag. Chips burn down quicker than chunks, so they suit shorter cooks, and they go in a smoker box on a gas or charcoal barbecue. Hickory's punchy, so start with a handful and see how you like it before you add more.
