    A thicker wire for a bigger job. This 0.9mm solid S6 MIG wire runs at higher amperage than the 0.8mm reel, so it suits heavier steel where you want more weld metal down in fewer passes.

    It's a gas-shielded wire, so you'll need CO2 or an argon-CO2 mix in the bottle to run it properly. Feed it through a clean liner with a matched 0.9mm contact tip and you'll get a smooth, consistent bead without the birds-nesting that comes from a worn feed setup.

    The 0.9kg mini spool suits a home or trade MIG that takes the smaller spool size, so check your machine's spool capacity before you order the bigger reels.
