The finishing grit for timber, the last pass before paint, stain or oil so the surface feels smooth and the coating goes on even.
It's a 125mm hook and loop paper disc with 8 dust holes, so it presses straight onto a random orbital sander with an 8 hole pad and the dust can get pulled away from the sanding face. The abrasive is aluminium oxide on PFERD's E weight paper, and it's stearated, which helps stop paint and resin clogging the grit so the disc keeps cutting for longer. It's also handy for a light scuff between coats.
