MetalPlus UV Superior Enamel uses a silicon alkyd formula that keeps its colour and gloss even after years in full sun, so the finish doesn't go chalky or faded. This is the gloss black, ready for gates, rails, roofing, gutters and downpipes, or any outdoor steel that needs both protection and a clean coat.
The finish is tough and weather-resistant, and it shrugs off chips and fading. Give the surface a clean and a light key, then lay down at least two thin even coats. It's touch dry in about four hours, and you leave it 16 hours before the next coat for the best protection.

Tinted and mixed colours are made to order, so they can't be returned. If a sealed tin isn't right, bring it back within 14 days with your receipt and we'll sort it out.
