Cheap masking tape is a false economy. It bleeds, the paint creeps under the edge, and if you leave it on a day too long it tears off in shreds and leaves glue behind.

This Uni-Pro 30 day green tape is the trade answer. At 24mm wide and 50 metres long, it lays down sharp edges with no bleed and pulls off clean up to 30 days later. No residue, no scrubbing.

The paper is UV and water resistant, so it holds up outside in the sun and damp as well as inside. It sticks to metal, glass, timber and plasterboard.

For the sharpest line, press the edge down firmly and pull the tape before the paint fully hardens. Sizes are in the tabs below.
