Still Spirits Turbo Classic Distilling Yeast

The workhorse yeast for a clean, quick sugar wash. Turbo Classic is the best-selling Turbo yeast worldwide because it just works, even when conditions aren't perfect.

It ferments 6 kilograms of sugar in around 36 hours. Push it to 8 kilograms and it reaches up to 18% ABV. It handles a wide temperature range, so you don't need a perfectly climate-controlled shed to get a good result.

This version carries new mineral absorbents that lift the quality of your distillate, so the spirit comes off cleaner. Pitch it, keep an eye on the temperature, and let it run.
