Still Spirits Top Shelf Queensland Gold Rum Essence Twin Pack

A smooth golden rum, poured from a bottle you filled yourself. This Top Shelf essence turns plain neutral spirit into a mellow gold rum with a sweet caramel finish, no still-master experience needed.

The pack holds twin sachets. Each one flavours a 1.125 litre bottle of 40% neutral spirit, so you get two full bottles from the one pack. Stir it through, bottle it, and give it a little rest before the first pour.

The taste leans on liquorice, golden syrup and molasses, with American white oak bringing vanilla and a soft caramel tail. It is built on the style of Australia's favourite gold rum, so it lands somewhere familiar.
