Thomas Coopers Innkeeper's Daughter Sparkling Ale 1.7kg

This one is brewed in the tradition of the well-known Coopers Sparkling Ale. It pours a deep golden amber, carries a full malt-driven palate and finishes lively and effervescent, the sparkling ale character that made the style famous.

It is part of the premium Thomas Coopers range, hopped liquid malt extract with a select yeast under the lid. Stir the tin into hot water, top to 23 litres, add a kilo of Brew Enhancer 1 or a light malt and pitch the yeast.
