A tall climbing sweet pea in mixed colours that flowers early, with big blooms on long strong stems, so you can pick a jar of them for the kitchen bench and they'll keep coming.

Galaxy Mixed is a hardy annual climber that gets to 150cm and more, so give it a fence or a trellis in full sun. In South Australia sweet peas are traditionally sown in autumn for flowers in late winter and spring. Soaking the seed overnight before you sow helps them along, and pinching out the growing tip once the plants have a few pairs of leaves makes them bush out. The more you pick, the more flowers you get, so cut them often.

One packet. Full specs are in the tabs below, and if you want a hand with when to sow in your spot, call us on (08) 8536 4333 or come in and chat with us at 34-52 Milnes Rd, Strathalbyn.
