The 5.5mm tip is brazed tungsten carbide, built to punch through brick and concrete without losing its edge, and it handles natural stone just as easily. The double spiral flute clears dust as you go, so the bit doesn't bind or overheat halfway through a hole. At 150mm long you've got the reach for standard wall fixings and deep anchor work without swapping to a longer bit partway through.
