Cut a clean 67mm hole through steel, stainless, cast iron, plastic or timber without swapping tools halfway through the job.

The bi-metal cobalt construction holds an edge far longer than a basic carbon-steel hole saw, especially once you're through anything tougher than plasterboard. Varied pitch teeth cut with less chatter for a cleaner edge, and the fast ejection slots knock the offcut plug free in seconds instead of you fishing it out with a screwdriver.

It has an international thread that fits straight onto your existing Sutton Quickfit arbor, and cuts to a 32mm depth, plenty for most stud walls and thick timber. Check your material thickness first if you're going deeper than that.

Why this one earns its spot in the kit

  • One hole saw covers steel, timber and plastic, so you're not buying three different saws for one project
  • Cobalt bi-metal edge holds up far longer than a basic carbon-steel hole saw on tough materials
  • Varied pitch teeth mean a smoother cut and less clean-up on the finished hole
  • Fast ejection slots get the offcut plug out in seconds, no digging it out with a screwdriver
  • Fits straight onto your existing Quickfit arbor, no separate adaptor to track down
  • 32mm cutting depth covers most stud walls and thick timber in one pass
