Brings down the pH of alkaline soil, so acid lovers like azaleas, camellias, hydrangeas and blueberries can get at the nutrients they need instead of sulking and going yellow.

It's fine granulated sulphur from Manutec. A general guide is about 25g per square metre, sprinkled over and dug into the topsoil, but heavy soil needs more than sandy soil and the pack directions come first, so start low and test again before you add more. Sulphur works slowly because the soil has to break it down, so give it a good few weeks before you expect a change, and it may take a second go. It also sorts out a sulphur deficiency where that's what's holding plants back.

Full specs are in the tabs below, and if you're not sure your soil needs it, call us on (08) 8536 4333 or come in and chat with us at 34-52 Milnes Rd, Strathalbyn.
