    Steps a 100mm stormwater fitting down to 90mm pipe, so the two sizes join in one fitting instead of a stack of adaptors.

    It's a Holman PVC socket reducer, male one end and female the other. The 100mm end goes into a 100mm fitting, and the 90mm stormwater pipe glues into the other end with PVC primer and solvent cement, which makes a joint that won't pull apart in the ground. It's the usual fix where a 100mm run meets a 90mm line on the way to the pit or the street.
