Finishes off the open end of a 90mm stormwater pipe at ground level, so surface water drains away and leaves, rubbish and little feet stay out.

It's a square ABS grate on a round spigot that sits down into the 90mm pipe, and you glue it in with PVC solvent cement once it's at the right height. It's the usual finish on a pit or a riser that catches water off a path, a courtyard or the bottom of a downpipe, and it sends that water back into your stormwater instead of letting it pond against the house. Holman make it to AS/NZS 1254.
