Puts a screw-off access point into a 90mm stormwater line, so when it blocks up with leaves or roots you can open it and clear it instead of digging the line up.

It's a Holman PVC stormwater coupling that glues onto 90mm pipe with PVC primer and solvent cement, and the threaded end takes a 90mm threaded stormwater cap to close it off. Put it where you'd want to get a hose or a drain snake in later, like the bottom of a downpipe run or just before the line heads under a path. The glued joint wants 24 hours before you put any load on it.
