Closes off the open end of a 90mm stormwater pipe, for a line you've cut back or a run that isn't finished yet.

It's a Holman PVC cap that pushes over the outside of the pipe and glues on with PVC primer and solvent cement, the same as the rest of your stormwater fittings. Holman list it as the 90mm cap with plug, and there's a small plug moulded into the centre of the end. Give the glued joint 24 hours before you backfill over it or put any load on it.
