A rich, smoky American bourbon with wood-barrel aroma and chocolate-vanilla notes.

This Select essence comes as twin sachets, each flavouring 1.125 litres of 40 percent neutral spirit or vodka, for 2.25 litres across the pack. It sits close to a Jim Beam Black style, working neat, over ice, or mixed with cola.

Contains sulphites, milk and barley, worth checking against any allergy before serving. Two sachets give two separate batches from the one pack, with the same wood-barrel depth landing every time.

The wood-barrel aroma and chocolate-vanilla notes give it real depth, closer to a proper bourbon than a one-dimensional essence.
