Crafting your own whisky is half science, half taste, and the Fruity Esters Profile is one of the tuning knobs. Fruity Esters lifts the blend with bright, nuanced fruit notes through the nose and palate.

This is part of the Still Spirits Profile range, the blending flavourings that make up the Whiskey Profile Kit. It is not a one-bottle instant whisky. You add it a little at a time to a neutral spirit or a Still Spirits whiskey base, tasting as you go, until the profile sits where you want it. Shake the 50ml bottle well before use and dose with a pipette or syringe so you keep control of the blend.
