A white adhesive sealant that's hand tight in about 20 minutes and fully set in about 3 hours, so a repair or a fit-off can be finished the same day instead of propped up overnight.

It's Soudal's SMX hybrid polymer, so it bonds most building materials, like brick, concrete, timber, MDF, metal and PVC, and it'll take on a slightly damp surface. Once it's cured it stays elastic and waterproof, and you can paint over it with a water based paint after a test patch. Those quick times are for a thin layer on a porous surface, and a thick bead or a non-porous surface takes longer. It won't stick to polyethylene, polypropylene, Teflon or bitumen, and Soudal say to keep it off copper and anything copper based like brass.
