A chemical anchor for setting threaded rod, studs and starter bars into concrete, brick and block where an expansion anchor would crack the edge or won't hold in hollow brick.

It's a two part vinylester resin that mixes in the nozzle as you gun it out of a standard caulking gun, and it's styrene free, so it doesn't stink the place out. At 20°C you've got about 6 minutes to set the rod and it's fully cured in about 45, and it'll go into a wet drill hole. Clean the hole out properly with a brush and blower first, and in hollow brick use a mesh sleeve. Swap the mixer nozzle and the rest of the cartridge keeps for the next job.

Full specs, including the drill sizes, are in the tabs below. If you're not sure what rod or sleeve you need, call us on (08) 8536 4333 or come in to 34-52 Milnes Rd, Strathalbyn.
