Turns the surface rust on a trailer or a rusty roof sheet into a stable base you can paint over, so the rust stops spreading under your new coat.

It's a concentrated phosphoric acid treatment from Septone, and it converts the rust into iron phosphate, which gives your primer and paint something sound to hold onto. You brush or spray it on, and it suits galvanised roofs, ornamental iron, fencing, structural steel and car panels, right down to a rusty nut and bolt. It's Australian made. Read the directions on the bottle before you start, and wear gloves and eye protection because it's an acid.
