    Cuts a worn tap seat back to a clean, flat face, so a new washer can actually seal and the tap stops dripping instead of chewing through washers every few weeks.

    It's Fix-A-Tap's heavy duty Tradesman reseater for 13mm and 15mm taps, and Fix-A-Tap say it suits 1/2" and 3/4" fittings, indoors or out in the garden. Turn the water off, strip the tap down to the seat, wind the reseater in and turn it until the seat is smooth and even all the way round, then put the tap back together with a fresh washer. A reseated tap turns more smoothly and the next washer lasts a lot longer, which is a lot cheaper than a new tap.
