The set pairs an adjustable nozzle with the connectors you need to run it off a 12mm hose, including a flow-through connector with a stop valve so the water cuts off when you pull the nozzle. The nozzle twists from a strong jet to a light shower, so it handles the lawn, the garden bed and the pots from the one tool.

A tidy starter kit, or a clean replacement when the old fittings have given up.
