For the heaviest grinding jobs, a bigger disc covers more ground per pass. This 125mm zirconia flap disc runs grit 40, built to clear welds and heavy stock fast without stalling out.

The flap design still grinds flatter than a solid wheel at this size, keeping the gouging down while you remove plenty of material. Fibreglass backing holds up under pressure, and it suits steel and stainless steel.

It's sized for a 125mm angle grinder, the largest of the common grinder fitments, so make sure your machine takes it before ordering.
