Grit 80 is the step between heavy grinding and a finished surface, and this 115mm zirconia flap disc is sized for the mid-range angle grinders most sheds run. It blends welds and rough spots without cutting as aggressively as a coarser disc.

The flap design still grinds flatter than a solid wheel, so you're smoothing rather than gouging. The fibreglass backing takes the pressure, and it suits both steel and stainless steel.
