Turns surface rust on a trailer or a ute chassis into a hard black coat you can paint over, without grinding it all back to bright metal first.

Pacer P15 reacts with the rust itself and converts it into a stable black layer that seals it off from further corrosion, so it works as your primer as well. Get the loose flaky rust, dirt and grease off with a wire brush and a degreaser, let it dry, then spray it straight onto the rusty patch. You'll see it go black as it works, it's touch dry in 15 to 30 minutes, and once it's had 24 hours to cure you can put your primer or top coat over it.
