Joins a 1 inch female thread to a 3/4 inch female thread in one fitting, so a smaller tap or valve can screw straight onto a bigger outlet.

It's a 1 inch BSP male thread on one end and a 3/4 inch BSP male thread on the other, with a hex in the middle so you can get a spanner on it. Philmac make it in Australia from UV resistant polypropylene with tapered BSP threads, so it won't rust in a wet pit or out on a tank. Philmac rate their threaded range to PN16 in sizes up to 2 inch, and the material is approved for drinking water to AS/NZS 4020. Use thread tape or a sealant made for plastic on the threads.
