Galvanised roofing nails with a big domed head and a twisted shank, for fixing corrugated iron down onto timber battens so it stays put in the wind.
These are Otter 60 x 3.75mm roofing nails. The large round washer head spreads the load over the crest of the sheet, and the twisted shank grips the timber harder than a plain shank, which is what you want on a roof that gets a fair bit of wind. They suit sheds, carports, lean-tos and fencing done in corrugated iron.
This is the 2kg tub. Full specs are in the tabs below, and if you're working out how many you need for a roof, call us on (08) 8536 4333 or come in and chat with us at 34-52 Milnes Rd, Strathalbyn.
