A short galvanised M8 hex head bolt with its nut, for bolting a bracket, a hinge or a strap through timber or steel outdoors where it has to hold and not rust out.
It's Class 4.6 mild steel, hot dip galvanised, and Bremick label it ACQ suitable, so it's fine going through treated pine. The hex head takes a spanner or a socket, so you can hold the head and do the nut up properly. At 50mm it suits a bracket on a 35mm or 45mm rail, a gate hinge or steel to steel jobs, with room for a washer under the nut.
Sold each, nut included. Full specs are in the tabs below, and if you're not sure of the length you need, call us on (08) 8536 4333 or come in and chat with us at 34-52 Milnes Rd, Strathalbyn.
