A clear spray for the cut ends of treated pine, because the moment you cut, notch or drill a treated post or joist you've opened up timber the treatment never reached, and that's where rot and bugs get in first.

It's a zinc and permethrin preservative in a can, made to reseal those fresh cuts on H2 and H3 treated timber that sits above the ground, like decking joists, pergola posts, fence rails and handrails. Shake it, hold it 15 to 20cm off the clean, dry timber and give the cut a good soaking until it stops drinking it in and just starts to run. End grain soaks up the most, and a can does up to about 2 square metres. Leave it 2 days before you prime or paint over it. It isn't for untreated timber or for anything going in the ground.
