Joins two lengths of 1-1/2 inch rural poly pipe end to end, the fitting to keep in the ute for a split main line or a pipe that's met the end of a post hole digger.

Philmac Rural fittings are compression fittings made for rural B class poly, so there's no glue and no heat. Cut the pipe square, push it in and tighten the nuts, and the terracotta coloured inserts mark it as a rural fitting. Check whether your pipe is rural or metric before you buy, because the two are different sizes and a rural fitting won't seal on metric pipe.
