Victa's rear-discharge mowers in the 19 and 20 inch range use a flat blade with a formed flute to throw clippings clear of the deck, and it's a specific enough shape that the wrong blade throws the balance out.

This pair, pattern CA09393S, is a direct match at 121mm long and 44mm wide with a 14mm hole. Steel blades, bolts included, spanner is the only tool needed.
