    The oil based undercoat that primes and seals the stains and timber that bleed through everything else, in a 10 litre pail.

    Ultralock is the Haymes Ultra Premium quick drying oil based prepcoat, for inside and out. It seals water and oil based stains like coffee, graffiti, marker, smoke, rust, water marks and mould marks once the mould's been cleaned off, and it stops sap and tannin bleed on tannin-rich timber. Use it on bare timber, white set plaster and PVC, or as an undercoat over old oil or water-based paint. It's touch dry in about 45 minutes and you can recoat in 4 hours, so 2 coats in a day is doable, and over a stain Haymes say to let it dry overnight before the topcoat. It's white, covers up to 16 square metres a litre and cleans up with mineral turps. Keep the room aired, and soak your rags in water before you bin them.
