    Spare clips for Fowlers Vacola bottling, so you've got enough to clip down a full load of jars when the fruit's all ready at once.

    The clip holds the lid on while the jar's processing and lets the air vent out. As the jar cools, the vacuum pulls the lid down and seals it, and once it's had 12 to 18 hours you take the clips off and they're ready for the next batch. Size 4 clips suit the No. 31 bottle, which is the 1 litre jar in the current range, plus the older No. 36 and No. 65. They're a different size to the 4.25 clips for older tapered bottles, so check the number on the bottom of your jar before you buy. They're made in Australia from electro plated spring steel.
