A flaring kit for putting a flare on the end of soft tube so it seals in a flare nut, the job you need for copper gas, water and refrigeration lines and for brake and fuel lines.

It has a flaring bar with holes for eight tube sizes from 3/16 inch, which is 4.8mm, up to 3/4 inch, or 19mm, held shut with two wing nuts, and a heavy duty yoke with a T-handle screw and cone that presses the flare into the tube. Clamp the tube in the right hole with a little standing proud, fit the yoke over it and wind the cone down. Cut the tube square first, deburr it and slip the nut on before you flare, which is the step everyone forgets once.

Supercraft back it with a lifetime guarantee. Full specs are in the tabs below, or call us on (08) 8536 4333 or come in and chat with us at 34-52 Milnes Rd, Strathalbyn.
