A handy sized roll of black builder's plastic for the small jobs, like covering a pile of sand or keeping the rain off something until you get to it.

It's Vespol black polythene film, 2m wide and 10m long, at 100 micron. That's the lighter grade, easy to cut with a knife or scissors and fold to size, and the black blocks the light, which is why it's used to smother weeds before a new bed goes in. For under a concrete slab or anything that has to meet the building code as a vapour barrier, ask us about the heavier 200 micron grade instead.
