Turns a 1-1/2 inch rural poly line through a right angle with one fitting, so the pipe can go round a corner or come up out of the trench without kinking.

It's a Philmac Rural 90 degree elbow with a compression end on each side. For each end you cut the pipe square, slide the nut and grip ring on, tap the terracotta insert into the pipe and tighten the nut with a wrench, which draws the insert in and makes the seal. It undoes the same way if you ever need to move it. Rural fittings suit Rural B class poly, so check your pipe is rural size and not metric, as they're not the same.
