Melts through the grease, gunk and soap scum that block a kitchen sink, and gets rid of the smell that comes with it.

These are Mr Muscle's Drano kitchen drain crystals in a 500g tub, a caustic crystal cleaner you pour in and follow with cold water. Read the label before you start and stick to the directions on it, wear gloves and eye protection, and keep the tub sealed and stored up high, away from kids. If a drain is still blocked after that, it's usually a job for a plumber.
