Description:
Thyme is considered one of the most useful of all culinary herbs. It enhances meats, soups, vegetables, and poultry stuffing. This hardy perennial can grow up to 25cm (10 inches) and is a staple in many herb gardens.

Harvest Information:
Location: Prefers a warm, sunny situation and well-drained soil.
Sow: Thinly, 1.5mm (1/16 inch) deep in rows.
Seedlings Emerge: 16-24 days.
Spacing: Thin to 20cm (8in) apart.
Harvest: Throughout the growing season. Leaves are dried.
Care: Remove leaves before flowers if they are to be dried.
