Coopers Wheat Malt 1.5kg

This extract is the one for wheat beers and for any brew that needs a better head. Coopers Wheat Malt is made from malted barley and wheat, and that wheat content is what gives a softer mouthfeel and a longer-lasting head.

Use it as the base for a wheat beer, or add it to other styles to improve body and head retention. It drops in as a replacement for a kilo of brewing sugar, or alongside one for a fuller result.

It is a thick liquid, so warm the tin before pouring. Use the whole can or seal the rest in a sanitised jar in the fridge. Full usage is in the tabs below.
