Coopers Original Lager 1.7kg

If you want an easy-drinking lager that suits a hot afternoon, this is the tin for it. It pours pale gold with a light malt character and a soft hop aroma, then finishes crisp and clean so you keep coming back for another.

It is hopped liquid malt extract, so the hard part is already done. Stir the tin into hot water, top your fermenter to 23 litres, sprinkle the yeast that sits under the lid and let it work. Add a kilo of Brew Enhancer 1 or brewing sugar to round it out.
