Coopers Original Draught 1.7kg

This one makes a draught that drinks easy. It is light yellow-gold with a floral nose and a hint of malt, a medium body and just enough bitterness on the finish to keep it interesting.

The tin is hopped liquid malt extract, so most of the work is already done. Mix it into hot water, top the fermenter to 23 litres, add a kilo of Brew Enhancer 1 or brewing sugar and pitch the yeast from under the lid.
